Eminox Exhaust Conversions

Our stack conversions are ideal for creating chassis space and additional ground clearance. Vertical configurations direct exhaust gas overhead, so are recommended where people work in close proximity to the vehicle. The additional ground clearance makes the vertical stack suitable for vehicles that encounter tough off-road environments. Both vertical and underslung systems can be designed for many specific customisation requirements, such as larger fuel tanks and crane installations. We tailor each system to suit the individual application, vehicle configuration and operating conditions.

The original Eminox stack is now available for the latest Euro 4 and Euro 5 trucks, along with underslung and twin systems. Eminox conversions are designed to re-position and re-house original after treatment system components to maintain the manufacturer's emissions standard. We have extensive knowledge of emissions technology, as a designer and manufacturer of exhaust after treatment systems, both for original equipment and after-market.

The silencer (including internal components), pipework, clamps and heat shields are made from grade 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion. The conversions are supplied as complete kits with fitting instructions, or installed by specialist Eminox engineers. All Eminox products come with the reassurance of a comprehensive warranty.
